1. KM perlu customize solution
- data
- carta organisasi (COP - cara nak dpt knowledge : Cafe World)
- business process (penambahbaikan BP)
- sosial network analisys ( boleh guna untuk buat keputusan , polisi)
- Management

Cara system implementation:

1.Library : custodian kepada knowledge (mesti include org ni utk developed KM) '

2. Taksonomi KM (perlu customise) -

a. layout plan - architecture yang menyokong
b. searching
c. layer - 7 layer
d. core knowledge
e. non-core knowledge : yang membantu shj (solution berbeza dgn core knowledge)

3. Implemetation :
a. KM Roadmap ( Analysis, Strategy, Planning, Exucation + Project Management) - refer training & coaching --> boleh develop without IT

3. Ar - Auditory Recalled (kiri) : When you remember sounds or voices that you've heard before, or things that you've said to yourself before.

Cth: suara emak, dengar lagu

4. Ac - Auditory Construct (kanak) : Bayangkan suara yang nak buat

5. Ad - Auditory Digital : cuba bercakap dengan diri sendiri dari dlm

6. K -Feeling : self of touch, bayangkan berjalan di tepi pantai.

Lesson Learned KM - Day2

1. What are the tools available for Knowledge Sharing?

Tools : There are more than 200 tools. Group of collaboration tools can be devide into Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Screen Sharing, Co-Browsing, Event Scheduler, Web Browsing, Web Presenting, Document Sharing, Document Publishing etc....




Lesson Learned : Banyak pilihan, ada berbayar, ada free, boleh offline dan boleh online. Try features yang free dulu...kemudian bila dah agak mantap dengan KM,boleh beli yang licensed untuk dapatkan extra features.
