It is often referred to as an ATC (Audio Tele-Conference).

With instant access and an elegant user interface that is remarkable easy to use, you can start being productive right away. No training necessary.
  • Request control of another computer
Take control of another meeting participant's desktop with permission. This is useful for collaborative work sessions and technical support.

TOP FEATURES
  • Screen sharing
Easily enable meeting attendees to see what's happening on your screen. Choose from three sharing options: windows, applications, or your desktop.
  • Whiteboards
Use familiar tools to mark up what's being shared onscreen. Draw lines and shapes, drag and reshape them, add text, and save the Whiteboard as a PNG file.
  • Screen-sharing palette
Access key meeting features while you're sharing your screen. You can even have a private chat while screen sharing since the palette is invisible to meeting participants.

-----------------------------------

Tool : CrossLoop
Features :
  • CrossLoop provides a quick, easy, and completely free way to give a colleague, a friend, or a relative access to your computer. After installation, your PC will be assigned a 12-digit access code each time you start the program. You then give that number to another user to virtually share your desktop. Once connected, that user will have full access to your machine.
  • The odd nature of sharing a desktop cursor and the inability to add multiple users makes CrossLoop illogical for proper business presentations. However, the complete system access and 128-bit encrypted connection combine to create a great solution for low-budget, long-distance tech support. Guests can use any app and save files on your computer, as if they were sitting in front of the machine. No router configuration is required--a big plus. File transfers are now supported, but the purpose here remains collaboration: CrossLoop doesn't work without explicit permission from the host.
  • Since simplicity is a key attraction, it lacks more advanced features, and the connection must be made in two minutes or it times out. While the interface and the features are simple, CrossLoop offers a secure and fast method for two users to collaborate on one PC.

1. What is Audio Conferencing ?

Tools : Tandberg, MLABS, Skype, Google Video Chat
Features : more info ..

3. What is Screen-Sharing ?
Screen sharing are a specific category of online collaboration tools that enable you to broadcast a continuous live stream of what is happening on your computer screen to individuals connected via the Internet at distant locations.
Screen sharing tools allow multiple attendees to see in real-time whatever you will be showing on your computer screen, as well as the opportunity to even take control of your mouse and keyboard to show their newly learned abilities while operating a new application residing on your machine. Obviously you can do the same with them and, with their permission, access their computer remotely and guide their learning process or troubleshootign session step by step.
Screen sharing tools generally work by allowing you, as the presenter, to create a session which is associated to a specific URL and optionally to a password number. You then send / share this URL / password combination to your selected invitees, and as soon as they log into your screen-sharing session they can start seeing in real-time what you are doing.
Feature differentiation areas among screen-sharing providers include the addition of VoIP, text chat, remote control, cross-platform support, annotation and markup and recording abilities
more info..

4. What is Co-Browsing?

Co-browsing is the ability to co-navigate the web with other people at-a-distance. Co-browsing differentiates itself from screen or application sharing because it is not achieved by sending a high rate of screenshots of the presenter screen to one or more participants but by distributing in a synchronous fashion the URL(s) being visited by the presenter to all participants' browsers.
